The task was to create easy to follow how-to videos for businesses using PayPal’s suite of products and also to develop a style guide for other teams to create additional videos as needed. Designed with a friendly, rounded design aesthetic and simplified UI elements to keep the instructions clear and approachable. A variety of town settings were created to represent the wide variety of PayPal businesses across North America and global markets.
